The original list of titles came from reddit posts in the OtomeIsekai subreddit by WigglyDerp.

List of webtoons that have been printed in English. I try not to include self-published, promotional/tie-ins, limited editions, abandoned series, or reuploads from non-webtoon format comics. I search for new webtoons to add regularly, but the list will be missing titles and sometimes be outdated.

Since different publishers have different age categories I've grouped them together into the most common clumps. Everyone (under 12), Teen (12/13/14+), Older Teen (15/16+), Mature (17/18+).
